Main Responsibilities:

• Telephone contact with tenants, property managers, and janitorial staff
• Receiving, recording, and processing reports
• Contacting and clarifying with tradespeople
• Coordination of tradespeople and janitorial staff
• Assisting with reception duties
• Assisting with property management tasks
• Assisting with general team tasks

Requirements:

• Commercial apprenticeship or several years of experience as an administrator/receptionist
• Good manners
• Good computer skills (Office)
• Very good German language skills
• Foreign language skills are an advantage but not mandatory
• Enjoyment of telephone customer contact
• Organizational talent
