Welcome to the fascinating world of taxes! The cantonal tax office, together with the municipal tax offices, collects taxes for the federal government, the canton, and the municipalities. We support private individuals and companies throughout the entire tax collection process. Around 800 qualified employees are committed to this at the Zurich Altstetten location.

To support the Tax Collection Department, we are looking for reinforcements starting from 10/01/2026 to 09/30/2029 and from 01/01/2027 to 12/31/2029.

Your Tasks

• Independent case reviews from written and telephone inquiries
  
• Clearing of pending lists
  
• Handling of various administrative tasks
  
• Support for employees in daily business
  
• Execution of control tasks
  

Your Profile

• Commercial apprenticeship qualification
  
• Knowledge in the area of taxes or debt collection
  
• Perseverance and high commitment
  
• Quick comprehension and independent way of working
  
• Good communication skills and fluent German
