Job Description

We develop and manage personalkommunikative projects in the fields of prevention, health, education, and social affairs. In total, 50 employees in Cologne and Berlin work together with around 250 freelance educators and our regional network partners nationwide.

We are looking for a reinforcement with a commercial training or equivalent professional experience to join our administration team.

The position is full-time with 32-40 working hours immediately to be filled and will be limited to two years, with the option of extension or takeover into an unlimited employment contract. It complements the existing team of seven people.

Your Tasks

• Self-contained commercial processing of projects for communal and nationwide sponsors
• Ongoing budget control of projects
• Timely accounting and documentation of projects
• Accounting and auditing
• Support with operational daily business

You Bring

• Completed commercial training or commercial professional experience
• Fast comprehension ability, as well as verbal and written expression skills
• Pleasure in teamwork as well as independent work
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word
• Optional: Experience with public contracting authorities
