Commercial Management (m/w/d) - Strategic Head for Corporate Governance Sought

Tasks

• Responsibility for the entire commercial management including accounting, controlling, tax and contract law
• Evaluation of production assets and strategic financial decisions
• Negotiation and care of financing, rental and leasing agreements
• Ensuring compliance with legal regulations in labor and contract law
• Closely working together with accountants, auditors and the management team
• Active participation in management meetings and strategic corporate decisions
• Operative accounting combined with strategic controlling for complex construction projects
• Financial accompaniment of spectacular national and international architecture projects

Qualification

• Completed economic studies or comparable commercial education with additional qualification
• In-depth knowledge in accounting (IFRS 4), balance sheet and tax law
• Multiple years of leadership experience in a leading or deputy commercial position
• Experience in contract law, particularly credit agreement law
• Strategic thinking in controlling and project management
• Safe handling of MS Office, DATEV and relevant controlling tools
• Negotiation-safe German and English skills
• Overview of complex legal and financial issues
