Tasks

You are part of the management team and a trusted sparring partner for the management. You are responsible for closures, liquidity, and financial management.

Your tasks:

• Leading a small team of controlling and accounting
• Preparation of HGB financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual) as well as contact with tax consultants, auditors, banks, and shareholders
• Liquidity management & cash management
• Budgeting, forecasting, integrated planning
• Building or professionalizing controlling structures
• Cost and performance accounting (including cause-related calculation)
• Contribution margin accounting and pricing logic
• Production or operational controlling

Qualification

• Completed business administration studies or comparable qualification
• Fundamental experience in HGB financial statements, controlling, and cost and performance accounting
• Competence in advising and supporting the management
• Interest in a broad range of tasks and responsibilities
• Safe handling of ERP systems and MS Office products
• Proactive personality with a willingness to shape and a far-sighted perspective
