  • You develop commercial processes further and are a sparring partner for the management team in economic and organizational decisions.
  • You are responsible for budget planning, forecasting, and professional controlling and lead to informed decisions from there.
  • You develop and steer a forward-looking financial and liquidity strategy, which supports and secures our growth.
  • You are the central point of contact for banks, authorities, insurance companies, auditors, and tax consultants.
  • You optimize internal workflows, implement standards, and contribute to a modern, efficient organizational structure.
  • You strengthen cooperation between commercial and technical departments and ensure clear, reliable processes.

  • Multiple years of experience in a leading commercial function, preferably in the technical or manufacturing sector.
  • Very good knowledge of accounting according to HGB.
  • You work structured, analytical, and solution-oriented – and enjoy thinking about topics holistically.
  • Leadership skills, communication strength, and decision-making ability are your hallmarks.
  • A secure handling of Office 365 and experience with ERP systems is desirable.
  • Fluent German language skills.

Benefits

WE OFFER

  • A responsible and varied job in an innovative company.
  • A motivated team, which works together and supports each other.
  • Attractive remuneration, social benefits, and additional benefits.

  • A modern working environment, regular company events, and health measures.
  • And the best: a 4-day week (38 hours) – paid like 40 hours.
