Commercial Management (m/w/d)

In the name of our client, a manufacturing company with a solid market position and healthy growth, we are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager (m/w/d). In this central function, you will be responsible for all commercial areas and will be a closer partner to the production management and executive board. Our service is naturally free of charge for applicants.

Tasks

• Total responsibility for the financial areas, personnel, procurement, and IT
• Leadership and development of assigned teams as well as ensuring efficient structures and processes
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual statements according to HGB and participation in corporate planning
• Budgeting, forecasting, and liquidity management, as well as ongoing cost, result, and deviation analyses
• Development of internal reporting and business control instruments
• Sparring partner for production management and executive board on economic and strategic decisions
• Responsibility for calculations, investment calculations, and economic analyses
• Control and optimization of procurement processes
• Development of the IT system landscape in close cooperation with internal and external service providers
• Safeguarding compliance, data protection, and governance guidelines

Qualification

• Completed business administration degree or comparable qualification, ideally with a focus on finance/controlling
• Multiple years of experience in a commercial management position, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• In-depth knowledge of accounting, controlling, and ideally also HR and procurement processes
• Leadership experience and joy in developing teams and structures
• Analytical strength, entrepreneurial thinking, and a high degree of decision-making enthusiasm
• Strong communicator, confident in appearance, and reliable partner for executive board and production
