Commercial Leadership (m/w/d) Tradition Exzellenz = Zukunft The 1498 founded Vienna Boys' Choir are one of the most well-known music institutions in the world and an Austrian flagship. The worldwide renowned boy's choir stands for musical excellence inside and outside Europe and is perceived as the 'youngest ambassadors of Austria'. Since recently, the Vienna Boys' Choir have also maintained a girls' choir, the Vienna Chormädchen, which rehearse together on the Campus Augarten and perform at various events and concerts. The Vienna Boys' Choir are known for their unique sound, which has been shaped by over 500 years of musical tradition. As part of our team, you will be responsible for managing the financial and administrative aspects of the choir's activities. Your tasks will include budget planning, accounting, personnel management, and event organization. You will also support the artistic director in planning and implementing concerts and tours. The ideal candidate should have a degree in business administration or a related field and several years of experience in a similar position. Fluency in German is required, as well as excellent communication skills. Knowledge of music theory and experience with event management are an advantage.
