Aufgaben

• Steuerung Finanz-, Rechnungswesen und Controlling
• Leitung der Bereiche HR und Personalwesen
• Erstellung und Überwachung der Jahresabschlüsse

Qualifikation

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes BWL-, VWL- oder Wirtschaftsstudium
• Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich (Industrie)
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Finanzplanung, Rechnungswesen und Controlling
• Expertise in Arbeits-, Steuer- und Vertragsrecht
• Erfahrung in Personalführung und strategischer HR-ArbeitStarke analytische Fähigkeiten und hohe Umsetzungskompetenz
