Tasks

You will take overall responsibility for the commercial department and actively shape the success of a growing company in a challenging project landscape. In this role, you will be responsible for the financial management of various large projects, lead an experienced team, and act as a sparring partner for the management board and shareholders.

• Overall responsibility for the commercial department with functions such as accounting, personnel, procurement, project controlling, and project assistance
• Professional and disciplinary leadership of various teams with around 20 employees
• Control of controlling, reporting, budgeting, and cost center planning using SAP
• Safeguarding and responsibility for approval, contract, and tender processes
• Contact person for auditors, tax consultants, and authorities including the responsibility for tax audits
• Preliminary preparation of management and shareholder meetings
• Closely working together with the corporate center as well as continuous development of commercial processes

Qualification

• Multiple years of leadership experience in the financial or commercial sector
• Experience in project business and controlling complex projects
• Very good knowledge of accounting, controlling, and budget management
• Safe handling of SAP and modern ERP systems
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as strong decision-making and communication skillsStructured, self-responsible, and solution-oriented working style
