Commercial Management (m/w/d)

Our partner is a mid-sized, internationally oriented company with its headquarters in North Germany. To further strengthen the management, we are looking for an experienced person who takes responsibility and actively drives the strategic development forward.

Tasks

• Overall responsibility for finances, liquidity planning, and reporting according to HGB
• Leadership and development of a small, interdisciplinary team from Finance, IT, and HR
• Steering and supervision of international subsidiaries
• Contact person for banks, auditors, tax consultants, and insurance companies
• Closer partner to the management and departments in strategic questions
• Promoting digital transformation in all administrative areas

Qualification

• Completed business studies with a focus on finance/controlling or equivalent qualification
• Multiple years of leadership experience in a commercial management position at an internationally active company
• In-depth knowledge of HGB accounting and consolidation of foreign subsidiaries
• Entrepreneurial thinking with general understanding of IT and HR as strategic value drivers
• Experience in designing complex international contracts
• Affinity to modern tools and process automation
