For an established and future-oriented mountain railway operations in Austria, we are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial thinking personality to take over the commercial management with additional responsibility for marketing and sales. Overall responsibility for the commercial and market-oriented agendas of the company Strategic and operational steering of finances, controlling, accounting, financing, marketing, and sales Development and implementation of integrated business planning and control systems Continuous monitoring and evaluation of key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the achievement of strategic goals Identification and realization of optimization potential in all areas of the company Collaboration with the management team to develop and implement strategies for growth and development Support in the preparation of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts Development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and drive business growth Identification and realization of opportunities for innovation and digitalization in the company's operations Development and implementation of a sales strategy to increase revenue and market share Collaboration with the management team to develop and implement strategies for crisis management and risk minimization Support in the preparation of reports and presentations for stakeholders, such as the supervisory board or investors
