As Commercial Assistant to Management (m/w/d), you are not a classical assistant, but the commercial control center by the side of management.

You are responsible for central themes in Accounting, Controlling and Administration. You ensure that everything runs, structured, forward-looking, and at Top-Niveau.

In close cooperation with management, you develop processes further, taking on real responsibility, and grow professionally and personally continuously.

Aufgaben

📊 Accounting & Controlling

• Responsibility for a clean, digital accounting setup, operationally and preparatory
• Steering of invoicing, payment flows, and document management using modern finance tools
• Management, maintenance, and continuous development of data-based controlling structures
• Creation of forecasts, cash flow overviews, and KPIs, which support daily decisions
• Presentation of numbers as clear insights instead of dry reports
• Active shaping of efficient, automated finance processes

⚙️ Processes, Structures & Administration

• Analysis and optimization of existing workflows with a focus on efficiency, transparency, and scalability
• Active shaping and implementation of smarter, digital processes instead of manual routines
• Establishment of clear, understandable standards for administration, communication, and internal workflows
• Use of modern tools for automation, structuring, and task management
• Safeguarding that administrative topics are centrally bundled, neatly documented, and reliably implemented
