Salesperson for IT System Management (m/w/d)

The GastroSoft GmbH is an innovative software company specializing in the development of cash register software. With tailored software solutions, we support entrepreneurs in the gastronomy, retail, and specific industries in optimizing their workflows, simplifying processes, and improving their service.

We are looking for a salesperson for IT system management (m/w/d) to join our team in Krefeld at the earliest possible time.

Tasks

• First and Second Level Support for our cash register software / hardware
• Competent personal guidance and counseling of our customers
• User support in selecting suitable software / hardware
• Training users in the proper handling
• Installation & configuration of cash register systems (PC, monitor, printer, mobile devices)
• Conducting customer training sessions
• Prioritized resolution of incoming error reports during business hours
• Creating and maintaining system documentation

Qualification

• You have completed your education as a salesperson for IT system management or equivalent degree
• You possess fundamental IT knowledge
• You own an outstanding service-oriented and advisory approach
• Besides a sovereign appearance & excellent communication skills, you possess an excellent written expression
• Your work style reflects self-reliance, reliability, and sense of responsibility
