Job description
Your Tasks:
- Processing and conducting extrajudicial collection proceedings
- Communication and correspondence with customers, debtors, lawyers, and debt counseling services
- Closing and agreeing on payment plans and settlements
- Processing key topics such as Bankruptcy, Judicial Proceedings, or Enforcement of Judgments
- Maintenance of master data and meticulous documentation of proceedings
