For our customers, we provide individual consulting and IT services to ensure the security and operation of networks and IT systems (servers/clients/printers/solutions). Tasks

- Analysis of existing business processes and identification of digitalization potential

- Planning, coordination, and implementation of digitalization projects

- Introduction and support of digital tools and software solutions

- Consulting and supporting our customers in optimizing their workflows

- Interface between customers, IT team, and external service providers

- Creation of process documentation, evaluations, and concepts

- Support for the further development of internal digital processes

- Participation in implementing IT and organizational projects

Qualification

- Completed training as a Digitalization Manager or equivalent qualificationInterest in IT, digitalization, and economic connections

- Understanding of business processes and their optimization

- Structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented working style

- Communication strength and joy in customer contact

- Secure handling of MS Office and digital applications

- Teamwork ability, initiative, and willingness to learn
