- Processing and conducting extrajudicial debt collection proceedings
- Communication and correspondence with customers, debtors, lawyers, and debt counseling services
- Closing and agreeing on installment payments and settlements
- Processing key topics such as insolvency, judicial summons procedures or enforcement proceedings
- Maintenance of master data and meticulous documentation of the processes
