• Quality control in customer service

• Mentoring, training, coaching and development of internal employees
• Prompt processing of detailed customer inquiries
• Support for branches in customer service

Your Profile:

• Completed commercial training program
• 5-7 years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Familiarity with MS Office programs
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Experience in personnel management
• Demonstrated success in cost savings
• Networker, communicative
• Basic knowledge in the area of accounting
• Organizational talent, structured work approach
• Excellent time management
• Customer-oriented
