Commercial Employee (m/w/d) for Online Shop & E-Commerce (Part-time)

Averdo (QE GmbH & Co. KG) is a dynamically growing e-commerce provider with a diverse product range (such as books) and a clear focus on automation, efficiency, and modern processes. To strengthen our commercial team in Osnabrück, we are looking for part-time support to start as soon as possible.

Tasks

• Customer Service: You will take over the professional and friendly response to customer inquiries via email and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Documentation & Organization: You will manage, check, and organize documents in a structured manner for our accounting department.
• Supplier Communication & Pricing: You will be in direct exchange with our suppliers and take over the regular checking and optimization of our procurement prices.
• You will support us in our daily administrative work. After a thorough onboarding, you will also take over exciting tasks in marketing (e.g., managing the affiliate program, sending newsletters, and continuously maintaining and optimizing our Shopify shop and marketplace business).

Qualification

• Independent Work Style: You organize your tasks structuredly, work absolutely reliably, and always keep an overview.
• Communication Strength & Manner: You can express yourself clearly, precisely, and friendly. A secure and professional appearance on the phone is self-evident for you.
• Linguistic Skills: You have very good German language skills in writing and speaking.
• E-Commerce Affinity (Desirable): First-hand practical experience with Shopify as well as knowledge of selling over the Amazon Marketplace (or comparable platforms) is a real plus.
