To strengthen our team, we are looking for a commercial employee/officer in customer settlement (m/w/d) at the earliest possible time!

Tasks

• You create and are responsible for the settlement of our transport and logistics services.
• You maintain and update condition models as well as customer-specific price lists in our systems.
• You carefully review invoices for accuracy and completeness, process complaints in the settlement process, and ensure a quick and solution-oriented clarification.
• In close exchange with our operational departments, you support our customers with all settlement-related questions.

Qualification

• Commercial education, e.g. as a commercial employee - forwarding and logistics services, office clerk, industrial clerk or equivalent qualification in business administration (BWL)
• You have already gained some experience in the forwarding industry and possess sound specialist knowledge.
• You are familiar with MS Office; knowledge of M-Ware is a plus, but not a must.
• You are committed, communicate openly, and are an authentic team player.
• You are interested in streamlining processes using digital solutions and your careful and responsible handling of confidential information sets you apart.
