The Team In a small, dynamic team (4-5 people), you will be expected as a Purchasing Clerk to perform varied tasks in customer service. - You are responsible for telephone contact with customers in the area of sports equipment hardware delivery. - Your tasks include accepting orders, advising customers, and clarifying irregularities. - Furthermore, you conduct data entry work, which includes orders and payments, and work closely with main office staff. - Administrative tasks, such as email and postal correspondence, reminder runs, and return processing, especially for international returns, are also part of your responsibility area. - You will work with the Navision-Financials database and Microsoft Office.
