Cashier Responsible Oostakker

Task

As cashier responsible, you are responsible for the planning and coordination of the cash register and reception activities, including the safe and administrative management. You supervise the financial flows and manage the staff roster. You also work closely with your manager for the overall management of cash register activities.

Responsibility Area

• Klanten centraal stellen door naar hen te luisteren, hen te informeren en te helpen om hun loyaliteit te behouden.
• Professioneel omgaan met verzoeken of geschillen met klanten.
• Effectieve communicatie met het kassapersoneel door dagelijkse briefings te geven.
• Zorgen voor een evenwichtige verdeling van het werk onder kassamedewerkers, rekening houdend met de behoeften van de winkel en de drukte.
• Het beheren van het openen en sluiten van de kassa's.
• Regelmatig controleren van de kassa inhouden, opnemen en overdragen van geld om de veiligheid van de kassamedewerkers te waarborgen.
• Efficiënt plannen van de kassa’s zodat er steeds voldoende personeel aanwezig is om onze klanten te helpen.
• Kennis hebben en toepassen van de administratieve procedures en voorschriften met betrekking tot kassa's en kluis.
• Meehelpen aan de kassa om de klantentevredenheid te garanderen.

Profile

• You have a secondary diploma or relevant experience within the sales / retail / hospitality or catering and you have affinity with cashier work.
• You have experience in managing a team and work well with others.
• You are customer- and result-oriented and have an analytical mind.
• You are strong in organization, planning, and communication.
• You are flexible and work in a variable work schedule, including Saturdays.
