Tradition Julen Zermatt AG is looking for a committed and professionally experienced personality as a Dairy Technologist EFZ for the Matterhorn Cheese Dairy in Zermatt.
Your Tasks
· Processing of approximately 250,000 liters of milk annually
· Production of Raclette cheese, semi-hard cheese, yogurt, and fondue mixtures
· Participation in a two-person team in daily cheese production
· Quality control and adherence to hygiene and production standards
· Involvement in the direct sale of our products
· Maintenance and cleaning of the production facility
· 100% annual employment according to Swiss labor law
· Regular days off and vacation days
· Meals during working hours
· Appealing accommodation in Zermatt
· Varied activity in a manageable, well-coordinated team
· Working and living in one of Switzerland's most famous mountain destinations
