Responsibilities

• Gestion de Canales, Distribuidores y Operaciones Internas, including Inventories.
• Identify and negotiate with key distributors and clients, define annual objectives and ensure the execution of action plans.
• Manage and influence commercial teams, pricing strategies, monitor price positioning and ensure strategic alignment.
• Gather and analyze market intelligence: distributor performance, retail locations, prices, agronomic trends, and producer behavior.
• Provide information for continuous forecasting and support budgetary efficiency.
• Establish commercial policies on sales modalities - exchange rate rules, payment terms, interest rates.
• Monitor and manage general credit exposure and adjust tactics with individual accounts to meet commercial and credit objectives.
