As a Finance Digitalisation Specialist (m/f/d), you will actively shape the digital further development of the finance landscape and be the central point of contact for ERP processes within the international group.

Responsibilities

As a Finance Digitalisation Specialist, you will shape the further development of modern finance workflows, drive group-wide ERP solutions, and act as the central interface between Finance and IT.

This means specifically:

• ERP Responsibility: Module responsibility for Finance processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for existing & future companies of the corporate group
• System Development: Configuration and further development of ERP processes, interfaces, and digital finance solutions
• Process Optimisation: Analysis and further development of business processes with a focus on accounting, consolidation, and treasury
• Digitalisation Projects: Participation & sub-project responsibility in Finance Transformation projects, e.g., in the introduction of new workflows or automations
• Project Management: Support of go-lives, rollouts & further developments of the Finance IT landscape
• Interface Management: Close cooperation with Finance teams, Dynamics 365 specialists, and external consulting partners for the implementation of joint projects
• Requirements Management: Gathering, evaluation, and translation of finance requirements into technical solutions
• Documentation & Training: Creation of process documentation and conducting user training

Qualifications

• Education: Completed university degree (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Business Informatics) or commercial apprenticeship with further training in the finance sector
• Finance Expertise: Several years of experience in financial accounting with a sound understanding of finance processes, booking logic, and month-end & year-end closing
• Language: Very good German & English skills
• System Knowledge: Confident use of MS Office & common ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Initial experience in digitalisation projects & interest in the further development of processes and systems
