Every day, people contact us who want to change something: into Product Management, Product Design, or AI Software Engineering. You are the person who guides them through this decision from the first question to registering for the right bootcamp.

This is consulting with high call volume. You'll be on the phone and video calls all day, and for the right people, that's exactly the best part of the job.

Responsibilities

What you do

• You conduct personal counseling sessions and understand what someone truly needs.
• You recommend the suitable bootcamp and guide them securely to a binding registration.
• You help with funding through the Employment Agency (Bildungsgutschein) – up to the invoice.
• You follow up: You reliably support your prospects throughout the entire process.
• You maintain everything cleanly in the CRM and share your insights with Marketing & Program Management.

Qualifications

What you bring

• Experience in consulting, sales, or customer service – preferably from education, coaching, or IT.
• You enjoy and frequently engage in conversations and remain committed even with many daily contacts.
• Empathy plus clarity: You can listen *and* lead to a decision.
• Structured, self-responsible way of working.
• Very good German (C1), English is an advantage.
• Proficient with digital tools (CRM, Notion, Google Workspace, Slack).
