You identify suitable candidates directly on the market and speak to them specifically, even when they're not actively looking.

This means:

• You speak to candidates directly at their workplace
• You conduct structured interviews
• You accompany candidates throughout the entire process
• You build your own customer and candidate network step by step

Qualification

• Very good self-organization, structured, and goal-oriented work style
• Experience working from home office
• Time flexibility
• Convincing, eloquent communication skills
• Sympathetic and approachable demeanor
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Good PC and MS Office knowledge
