We are looking out for Freshers with Excellent Communication skills (Written & Oral) along with proficiency in MS Office.

Candidates will be given training on the same.

The job role involves performing the below activities for esteemed Clients of Karma
1) Assist with the management of all compliance-related activities for the client.
2) Assist with risk assessment, reviews, monitoring & managing compliance for clients
3) Provide advice, guidance, and support to the client with regard to compliance
4) Good expertise in payroll & establishment compliance
5) Drafting of legal notices, complaints, replies, and other documents in adherence with the legal matter
6) Liasoning with Advocates (associates)/ Govt. department.
7) Good knowledge in Establishment Audits, Statutory Audit, Compliance, Statutory Audits, HR Compliance Audit, Shops & establishment
8) Updated on State Labour Laws (across the country)
9) Excellent communication skills (written & oral)
10) Proficient in MS Office
