Job description

As a candidate-notary business law at Van Rhijn Notarissen, you will work independently and in team collaboration on business law files. You advise clients, draft acts and contracts, and guide trajectories from A to Z. Furthermore, there are various growth opportunities within the office, for example, partner/notary on a future term. Your role includes: establishment, reorganization or termination of B.V.'s, foundations, or other legal forms; shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and government-related matters; company law, corporate governance, and compliance with laws and regulations.
