• Leading martial arts classes for various age groups and experience levels

• Developing training plans and programs

• Individual coaching and support for students

• Fostering a positive and motivating learning environment

• Collaborating with other trainers and management to ensure the success of the department

• You want to work creatively with children aged 3 to 12: You have a passion for teaching and inspiring children. You use creative approaches to convey the joy of movement and the basic values of martial arts to every child.

• You enjoy being on the mat and giving training sessions: The mat is your home, and you love sharing your enthusiasm for martial arts and fitness. You design every training session to be motivating and varied to promote members of all ages.

• You possess good communication skills, both written and verbal: Your ability to communicate clearly and understandably helps you interact effectively with both children and adults. You are able to give and receive feedback, and can convey complex content simply and accessibly.

• Reliability and team spirit are essential for you: You are a dependable pillar of the team and understand that shared success is based on trust and cooperation. You keep your promises, are punctual, and support your colleagues and the members of our sports school wherever necessary.

• You are motivated to develop yourself personally and professionally: Your pursuit of improvement does not end with yourself; you are constantly looking for ways to expand your skills and learn new teaching methods to enhance the training experience for everyone involved.
