• Leading martial arts classes for various age groups and experience levels

• Developing training plans and programs

• Individual coaching and support of students

• Promoting a positive and motivating learning environment

• Collaborating with other trainers and management to ensure the success of the department

• You enjoy being on the mat and giving training: The mat is your home, and you love sharing your enthusiasm for martial arts and fitness. You make every training session motivating and varied to foster members of all age groups.

• You possess good communication skills, both written and verbal: Your ability to communicate clearly and comprehensibly helps you interact effectively with both children and adults. You are able to give and receive feedback and can convey complex content simply and accessibly.

• Reliability and team spirit are essential for you: You are a dependable pillar for the team and understand that shared success is based on trust and cooperation. You keep your promises, are punctual, and support your colleagues and the members of our sports school wherever necessary.

• You are motivated to develop personally and professionally: Your pursuit of improvement does not end with yourself; you are constantly looking for ways to expand your skills and learn new teaching methods to enhance the training experience for everyone involved.
