KAM - HEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

Humangest Spa, Specialized Research and Selection Company, is looking for a KAM- Key Account Manager. Job description: The resource will be the main point of contact between the client and the company, with a key role in coordinating activities, ensuring quality, and developing collaboration over time. In addition, it will manage a team of two service delivery resources. Main responsibilities: • Caring for the assigned customer relationship, ensuring constant, clear, and proactive communication • Understanding the operational dynamics and objectives of the client, anticipating their needs • Coordinating with internal functions to ensure coherent and efficient logistics solutions • Verifying the service performance and intervening promptly in case of deviations or criticalities • Contributing to consolidating the relationship through a consultative and value-oriented approach • Supporting business development by identifying possible extensions of services offered. Required qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in economic or management field (preferable) • Maturity gained in roles analogous to customer management, preferably in logistics or structured contexts • Outstanding communication and relational skills • Analytical approach and solution-oriented mindset • Habit of working towards objectives and managing information and data • Initiative, operational autonomy, and proactive mindset • Familiarity with digital tools and management systems.
