MISSION: The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing key accounts to ensure business results , maintaining a long term relationship with customers and maximizing sales opportunities within them. Profitability and Share growth as key priorities- Achieve channel objectives set by the company. MAIN PURPOSES OF THE JOB: Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth through existing and new customer relationships. Ensure alignment with company goals and objectives. Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase revenue and profitability. Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication within the team.
