KAM Coordinator

We are looking for an accurate and driven KAM Coordinator to strengthen our team. In this role, you will support the KAM Manager and actively contribute to safeguarding and improving quality, working conditions, and the environment within our organization.

Your Role

As a KAM Coordinator, you are the linchpin in safeguarding and further developing the quality, occupational health and safety, and environmental (QHSE) policy within Dmissi. You will work closely with the KAM team and operations, ensuring that safety and quality are structurally embedded in our underground infrastructure projects.

Your responsibilities include:

• Increasing safety awareness within the organization (e.g., toolboxes and safety initiatives);
• Being fully responsible for conducting and guiding internal audits;
• Advising management and operations on QHSE matters;
• Ultimate responsibility for safety, quality, and environment within the organization;
• Managing and further developing certifications such as ISO9001, ISO14001, VCA, CKB, and CO₂ performance ladder;
• Further developing the organization towards Safety Culture Ladder (SCL) level 4;
• Initiating and implementing improvement processes in the areas of quality, safety, and sustainability;
• Organizing safety days, campaigns, and awareness sessions.
• You play an important role in continuously improving processes and creating a safe working environment.

Who We Are Looking For

You are a strong KAM professional who demonstrates ownership and can engage people in change.

Additionally, you bring:

• A diploma in MVK (Middle Management Safety) or HVK (Higher Management Safety) (or willingness to obtain one);
• Demonstrated experience with certifications such as VCA, CKB, ISO9001, ISO14001, CO₂ performance ladder, and SCL;
• An independent, proactive, and results-oriented work attitude;
• Strong communication and advisory skills;
• VOL-VCA (Advanced VCA) and a driver's license B.
