KAM Advisor (QHSE)

Job description

What will you do:

Is this about you?

At Kenter Groendus, safety always comes first. We continuously invest in increasing safety awareness and encourage employees to address each other regarding unsafe behavior.

We think ahead and take initiative, with "Together Consciously Responsible" as our motto. That is why we are looking for a driven KAM advisor who helps us further increase safety awareness.

Your job

We want to grow further in the area of a proactive safety culture so that it becomes even more ingrained in our colleagues. The same applies to quality: we are certified in many areas and want to become an even stronger continuously improving organization.

For both safety and quality, this means that as an organization we sometimes have to think and work in a different way, which requires creative thinking and looking for possibilities. We are looking for a team player who can easily switch from policy to concrete actions and has the skill to effectively engage people.

In addition to the "soft side," you also pay attention to the harder side, such as documenting procedures, developing policy, conducting incident investigations, and performing internal audits yourself or preparing and guiding external audits.

Are you the colleague who can bring this impulse to all our people? You will do this together in a team.

This is what you get from us

We offer you the space to grow and get the best out of yourself. For this position, you can count on:

  • A salary of € 4,366 to € 6,237 (scale 9 – based on a 38-hour work week). Placement depends on knowledge and experience.

  • An individual choice budget of 18% (incl. holiday pay) on top of your gross salary. With this, you can adjust your employment conditions to your personal situation. For example, have it paid out or buy extra leave.

  • If you have the Individual Choice Budget paid out monthly, you will increase your salary up to € 5,152 to € 7,360.

  • Year-end bonus of 5.94%.

  • 20 days of leave plus 36 hours of extra saved leave each year.

  • Plenty of room for your development, now and in the future. You will receive training and education, but also a Sustainable Employability Budget of € 700.

  • A laptop and mobile phone.
