Are you ready for the next career step? Then these could soon be your new tasks:

• Preparation of tenders for heating, ventilation, sanitary, and air conditioning technology or electrical engineering trades within the calculation team for our demanding turnkey construction projects
• Implementation of functional descriptions into service specifications
• Cost estimations and quantity surveys using industry-standard software
• Development of individual technical solution concepts and special proposals
• Requesting offers from suppliers and subcontractors
• Technical review of planning documents and calculations
• Management and steering of engineering offices during the calculation and planning phases

• Completed studies in building services, building technology, energy technology, electrical engineering, information technology, and environmental engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in cost calculation, planning, consulting, or construction desirable
• Interest in advancing optimization, digitalization, and quality assurance
• Communication skills and persuasiveness in interacting with various project stakeholders
• Sound knowledge of MS Office and AVA applications
