• Preparation of cost estimates and specifications for projects in integrated facility management (technical and infrastructural)
• Calculation of offers for building management services in coordination with the technical and commercial departments
• Obtaining, checking, and comparing offers from subcontractors and service providers
• Support of the bid and acquisition team with technical and commercial know-how
• Contribution to the further development and optimization of calculation processes as well as the definition of uniform benchmarks
• Performance of post-calculations and evaluation of project and service developments during implementation

• Completed technical or commercial training related to facility management, building technology, or calculation
• Alternatively, further training as a technician/master craftsman (m/f/d) or completed studies in facility management, industrial engineering, or comparable fields
• Initial professional experience in calculation, bidding, or technical/infrastructural building management is an advantage
• Structured and meticulous way of working, as well as strong affinity for numbers and analytical thinking skills
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of building technology, maintenance, or CAFM systems, as well as a basic understanding of relevant standards (e.g., DIN, VDMA, VDE, VdS) are an advantage
