- Preparation of tender calculations for civil engineering and infrastructure construction projects
- Carrying out price inquiries with subcontractors and suppliers
- Development of variants and special proposals
- Preparation of the contract calculation and calculatory support during construction execution
- Evaluation and verification of calculation key figures
- Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable qualification (e.g., as a construction technician)
- Relevant professional experience in a comparable position (site management, etc.) is advantageous
- User knowledge of an accounting and calculation program (ideally RIB iTWO) is desirable
- High degree of responsibility, especially for economic thinking and action
- Reliability as well as independent and meticulous way of working
- Commitment and teamwork skills
