TGA Calculator (m/w/d) | 60,000–90,000 €

Tasks

• You calculate the technical building equipment and electrical engineering.
• You create independent cost estimates according to DIN 276, Cost Group 400.
• You check the cost estimates of CG 400.
• You review and optimize the planning in phases 1–4.
• You serve as a contact person for the construction site team during the construction phase.
• You actively participate in technical evaluation and further development of projects.

Qualification

• You have completed an apprenticeship or degree in the field of TGA/HKLS.
• You bring at least 5 years of professional experience in the field of TGA/HKLS.
• You have already worked in calculation or are eager to join the field.
• You have good German language skills.
