• Home Office: 2 days per week mobile working

Your Tasks

• You comprehensively review and evaluate tender and offer documents from public and private clients

• You select incoming inquiries based on economic viability and feasibility

• You create digital offer and additional claim calculations for heating, air conditioning, ventilation, cooling, and sanitary

• You calculate proven manufacturing costs, including labor costs

• You determine calculation bases and further develop calculation data and key figures

• You obtain, evaluate, and follow up on offers from subcontractors and suppliers, and create price comparisons

• You process specifications and, together with project management, develop technical alternatives and special proposals

• You clarify technical details and contractual terms with project managers

• You identify and evaluate technical, scheduling, and contractual risks

• You conduct offer closing and award negotiations and hand over projects to project management in a structured manner

• With appropriate experience, you will provide technical guidance to junior calculators and contribute to shaping standards and the digitalization of calculations

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in offer calculation for HLKS trades, ideally with an executing TGA company or plant constructor

• Proficiency in calculating labor and installation times as well as proven manufacturing costs

• Completed commercial or technical apprenticeship, preferably with further training as a state-certified technician or master in SHK / heating and ventilation construction

• Alternatively, a degree in building services engineering / TGA

• Sound knowledge of VOB/A and VOB/B, specifications, and in additional claim management

• Confident use of common calculation software and MS Office, especially Excel

• Negotiation skills, commercial acumen, and a structured, independent way of working

• Advantageous: Experience with GAEB interfaces and with industrial, pharmaceutical, logistics, or large plant projects
