Calculator (m/w/d) Rough and Finishing Construction / Industrial Construction

You can expect challenging industrial construction, engineering construction, and commercial building projects at the ARIKON AG in Berlin instead of monotonous standard calculations for residential construction. You will calculate complex construction projects in rough and finishing construction, receive direct feedback from the construction site, and accompany your projects from the first cost estimate to the completed industrial hall.

As an experienced calculator (m/w/d), you will be part of a strong team with flat hierarchies, genuine self-responsibility, and clear development perspectives – up to leading calculation or in technical support.

Tasks

• Independent technical and economic calculations for industrial, commercial, and engineering construction projects in rough and finishing construction
• Analyzing and evaluating tender documents and creating performance schedules
• Cost estimation based on your own calculations, inquiries to suppliers and subcontractors
• Developing technical alternative and optimization proposals for the economic implementation of a project
• Supporting operational units with reliable calculation bases
• Participation in tender negotiations and close cooperation with project management and management
• Using modern calculation software such as BauSU, iTWO or ORCA
• Ongoing coordination with the construction site – you accompany your project from start to finish
• Structured, self-responsible organization of your projects without rigid control mechanisms

Qualification

• Degree in civil engineering (FH/TU) or comparable technical education
• Multiple years of experience in calculation for rough construction, engineering, and finishing construction
• Familiarity with calculation and accounting programs (e.g. BauSU, iTWO, ORCA)
• Practical knowledge from the construction site and understanding of economic construction processes
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
• Sovereignty in complex projects under time pressure
• Communication skills towards project management, management, and subcontractors
• Teamwork, sense of responsibility, and initiative
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
