The following tasks await you:
- Estimation of civil engineering, road construction, and structural engineering projects
- Creation of bills of quantities and quantity surveys
- Obtaining and evaluating sub-contractor and supplier bids
- Creation of bid and contract estimates
- Participation in tender negotiations and change order estimation
- Coordination with project management and procurement
What you bring to the table:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or training as a Construction Technician
- Experience in estimation in civil engineering/structural engineering
- Proficient use of estimation software (e.g., iTWO, RIB, Nevaris)
- Analytical thinking, diligence, and cost awareness
- Very good German language skills (min. C1)
