Calculator (m/w/d) in System- and Industrial Construction

Tasks

• Preparation of calculations and offers for construction projects in module and hall construction
• Review of building plans, performance schedules, and technical documents
• Coordination with project leaders, planning, and technical departments
• Cost calculation and monitoring of project budgets
• Participation in internal project meetings and close exchange with clients
• Market and competitive observation for optimizing offers

Qualification

• Completed training or qualification in the construction industry, e.g. building technician, architect with practical interest in construction, construction foreman with independent calculation experience, or comparable qualification
• Alternatively, experience as a calculator (preferably also in the building materials trade) with practice-related to building materials
• Pronounced numerical affinity and analytical thinking
• Careful, self-reliant, and structured working method
• Organizational talent and high sense of responsibility
• Safe handling of MS Office, ideally knowledge in specialized calculation software
• Residence: Southern East Westphalia/Paderborn region
• Driving license class B

Benefits

Salary range: depending on experience between 50-60k and many company benefits.
