Job description
The company KERKHOFF Gebäudetechnik was founded in 1982 and has its headquarters at Münsterstraße 85 in 48477 Hörstel-Riesenbeck. From a small company that initially dealt exclusively with work in the heating and sanitary sectors, KERKHOFF Gebäudetechnik GmbH developed into a full-service provider in the field of building services engineering. Any project, from single-family homes to hotels, large administrative buildings, industrial facilities, or laboratories, is technically planned and executed on a turnkey basis.

Estimator (m/f/d) in the HVAC Sector

Responsibilities
Your essential responsibilities include:
- Calculating according to service specifications (Heating/Sanitary/Cooling)
- Preparing quotations based on technical plans, specifications, and customer requirements in the Heating/Sanitary/Cooling sectors
- Processing Gaeb files
- Requesting prices from suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers, including follow-up
- Monitoring and updating cost comparisons during the entire quotation process
- Preparing for tender and awarding negotiations
- Independent price negotiations with customers and suppliers within the scope of the quotation phase
Profile
- Completed apprenticeship in the HVAC trade (installation mechanic, climate technician, technical draftsman)
- Further training as a technician or master craftsman desirable, but not a requirement
- Experience in calculating construction or ancillary construction costs required
- Good knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and installation regulations
- Responsible and independent working style
