For our location in Berlin with over 140 motivated employees in total, we are looking for an Estimator (m/f/d) immediately in permanent employment.

• Independent calculation and internal processing of construction projects up to supplementary calculations
• Creation of lump-sum offers, including quantity surveys
• Development and calculation of ancillary bids
• Support in tender negotiations
• Close cooperation with site management, purchasing, and project teams at the respective locations

• Completed apprenticeship in the construction industry or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in estimation
• Sound knowledge in the field of construction cost estimation and tenders
• Proficient in relevant software programs
• Strong economic thinking and technical understanding
• Strong communication skills and team spirit
