Calculator (m/w/d) / Department of High-Rise Construction

Tasks

• Independent preparation of offer, order, and supplementary calculations
• Obtaining and evaluating subcontractor offers and alternative offers
• Preparation of performance schedules
• Conducting contract negotiations
• Purchasing, organizing, and disposing of various raw materials/materials

Qualification

• Completed studies, training, master, or technician in the field of construction, electrical engineering, or industrial engineering
• Multiple years of professional experience in offer calculation in the fields of high-rise construction or electrical engineering, desirable
• Very good MS-Office skills necessary
• Fluent German skills in writing and speaking (min. C1)
• Developed cost understanding and entrepreneurial thinking
• You are characterized by stress tolerance, team ability, and communication strength
