Project Calculator (m/w/d) (High-Rise, Rough-Cast, Interior Fit-Out)

We are looking for a company in the construction industry. Planning and calculation of complex projects in turnkey interior fit-out as well as special services such as rough-cast, roof, and façade work Joint development of the building concept with the client and an interdisciplinary internal team Economic and technical consulting for our customers Preparation of offers and their presentation to the customer as well as direct contact person for calculation questions Preparation of performance schedules and cost estimates Development of a detailed project plan including all necessary steps and deadlines Coordination of the project with the client and internal stakeholders Continuous monitoring and control of the project progress Reporting on the project status and any changes or issues that may arise Ensuring compliance with budget and schedule requirements Providing support to the project team as needed
