Posieux, Switzerland (and Home Office) | 80-80%
This is the contribution you can make
Independently answer legal inquiries in German, French, and English
Review and process research, procurement, and other contracts in German, French, and English
Research and write legal clarifications in diverse legal fields (labor law, IP, agricultural law, animal welfare law, contract law, etc.) in German, French, and English
Represent Agroscope in appeal proceedings and before courts
Provide legal support and potentially lead projects, conduct internal legal training
This is what makes you unique
Completed law degree
Several years of professional experience in a law firm, administration, or company. Experience in advising business partners and interest/experience in labor law are advantageous
Open, flexible, open-minded, structured personality, resilient, and easily integrated into a small team
Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook
Knowledge of two official languages and English

The Legal Service advises the management and employees of Agroscope on all legal matters related to their professional activities. It reviews contracts concluded by Agroscope and ensures compliance with legal provisions on public procurement, data protection, and transparency. Furthermore, it provides support in legislative processes and in proceedings affecting Agroscope, particularly in the area of enforcement tasks.
