Your responsibilities
Based at the Paris office, you will be part of the legal team and work with the French Legal Director, in close cooperation with the Netherlands team and the operational teams in France. Specifically, your responsibilities will primarily be:
- Commercial contracts: managing daily contracts (reviewing and commenting on them, negotiating them with the help of a legal manager, and tracking them until signature);
- Commercial leases: reviewing offer letters and working on the initial drafts of leases, ensuring the process is followed through to signature;
- Being the first point of contact for operational teams, particularly commercial, safety, and infrastructure teams, for all their legal questions;
- Assisting the legal team with long-term projects (pre-litigation/litigation) and complex contract negotiations; and
- Managing legal secretarial tasks and training (capital increases, account approvals, managing pages for operational training, etc.).
About you
- Law student (PPI) or Master 2 in Law with a general knowledge of French business law (private law, contracts, consumer law, distribution law, real estate law, etc.)
- You are sharp, dynamic, independent, and meticulous, you have a team spirit and are proactive with suggestions
- Professional English, which allows you to follow meetings, communicate, and read and write perfectly (English is the working language at Picnic)
- You are looking for an internship starting from January 2027
- You already live in or have the possibility to relocate to Paris

Our offer: For this 6-month internship, we offer a gross salary of €1500.00 per month.
