Junior Legal Counsel, Acquisition Department - M/F/NB - Internship

Sony Music Entertainment is looking for a junior legal counsel M/F to join its Business Affairs department, Acquisition Pole.

As part of your internship, you will participate in the following missions:

• Drafting and negotiation of contracts related to music production
• Monitoring of album projects/productions in relation to the BA team, the artistic label team and third parties
• Analysis and preparation of summaries concerning certain characteristics of the main contracts of the Acquisition pole
• Administrative follow-up: sending contracts for signature and distribution, processing advance payments
• Training in record contracts and their economics, learning the sector's legal practices

Profile sought:

• You are pursuing a Master's degree in Law specializing in Intellectual Property/Literary and Artistic Property or are in law school.
• You are meticulous, organized, and autonomous.
• You have strong interpersonal and writing skills.
• You have a good command of IT tools (Word and Excel).
• English is essential.

Internship duration, location, and period:

Internship compensation:

• Legal minimum (€693 gross per month) + 50% reimbursement of transport costs + Restaurant vouchers
